Senior Manager, Tax Innovation Product Management

About the role

As a Senior Manager in Tax Innovation Product Management, you will act as the general manager for both commercial and internal software products within PwC’s Tax practice. You will bridge business, user experience and technology to deliver innovative solutions that meet client needs and drive growth across the product lifecycle.

Key responsibilities

• Apply systems thinking to uncover problems and opportunities in product management.
• Develop and maintain product roadmaps aligned with market demand and business objectives.
• Lead the full product lifecycle from definition, planning, production, release to end‑of‑life.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to design and deliver software solutions.
• Use agile methodologies to accelerate development and improve time‑to‑market.
• Conduct competitive analysis and market research to shape product strategy.
• Oversee commercialization and go‑to‑market planning for commercial products.
• Validate outcomes with clients, incorporate feedback, and refine offerings.
• Coach and mentor teams, fostering a culture of creativity and continuous improvement.
• Craft clear, impactful messages that communicate product value and vision.

Required profile

• Minimum Bachelor’s degree.
• At least 7 years of relevant experience, including product management and leadership roles.
• Proven ability to lead senior‑level teams, coach talent and drive complex problem solving.
• Strong judgment with the capacity to know when to act or escalate.
• Experience validating solutions with clients and integrating feedback.
