Senior Manager, SAP Implementation and Integration

About the role

AMAX, a provider of GPU-accelerated IT infrastructure, is looking for a Senior Manager, SAP Implementation and Integration in Fremont. The role leads the deployment and migration of SAP S/4 HANA, manages the MIS team and works closely with customers and other departments.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the deployment and development of SAP S/4 HANA and lead and own the migration and integration from legacy systems to SAP S/4 HANA
• Lead the MIS team to develop and maintain global information systems supporting organizational objectives
• Translate and map user requirements into database and software application design, and implement new features according to user requirements
• Create project plans for requirements from internal users and customers, and define project objectives, deliverables and performance metrics
• Identify root causes and create plans for process improvements, resolve customer support issues, and set up training and knowledge sharing within the MIS team
• Work cross-functionally with other departments and customers, and evaluate emerging technologies to recommend integration or automation

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in computer science or a similar field
• At least 5 years of MIS/software team management experience
• At least 7 years of database application design and/or implementation in ERP/MRP
• SAP deployment experience is a must; end-to-end SAP S/4 HANA integration experience is required
• Prior experience in a rapid development environment
• Strong written and oral communication and project management skills
