Senior Manager, People Business Partner

About the role

HealthVerity is seeking a Senior Manager, People Business Partner to act as a trusted advisor and strategic partner for leaders across the organization. You will blend strategic thinking with hands‑on execution, helping teams thrive during a pivotal integration with Symphony Health.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with leaders to design people strategies that enhance team health, performance, and growth.
• Coach and advise people and senior leaders through complexity, change, and development.
• Drive performance and development cycles, including calibrations, feedback, and growth plans.
• Collaborate with Talent Acquisition to shape hiring strategies and define talent standards.
• Leverage people data to surface trends, identify risks, and inform decision‑making.
• Support the Symphony Health integration by fostering connections, culture adoption, and employee belonging.
• Handle employee relations matters with empathy, fairness, and consistent outcomes.
• Provide clear guidance on HR policies, leave, accommodations, and the People Playbook.
• Contribute to center‑of‑excellence initiatives such as Total Rewards and People Operations.

Required profile

• 7+ years of HR Business Partner or generalist experience in a high‑growth tech or data company.
• Proven ability to operate both strategically and hands‑on.
• Strong trust‑building and influencing skills with senior leaders.
• Experience navigating complex employee relations and change management.
