Senior Manager, Influencer & Affiliate Marketing

About the role

Hollister is looking for a lead to head its brand marketing team's influencer, creator and affiliate marketing work. The role oversees strategy and execution of creator campaigns and programs, connecting the brand with customers in an authentic way. It is based at the Global Home Office in Columbus, Ohio.

Key responsibilities

• Help with seasonal brand planning as a subject matter expert in creator marketing, covering influencer, affiliate and advocacy.
• Oversee influencer and creator campaigns from strategy to execution and performance analysis, some internal and some with external agencies.
• Manage the creator advocacy program and oversee creator and content affiliate programs.
• Represent the brand on photoshoots and events where applicable.
• Analyze market trends and competitor activity, and find gaps between brand culture and creators to build new strategies.
• Coordinate with social channels and work cross-functionally with merchandising, design and others so creator assets are integrated across brand channels.
• Work with the media team on talent and usage, partner with Customer Insights on research, and track budget and compile data for seasonal reviews.
• Manage a team of four associates and work regularly with external agencies.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree or related experience.
• 8+ years of marketing experience, with an emphasis on influencer, creator and affiliate marketing.
• Experience building and motivating a team.
• Understanding of Gen Z and the global high school teen.
