Pro-Life Project Manager

About the role

The Center for Christian Virtue seeks a Project Manager to serve as the primary liaison between the Senior Fellow of Strategic Initiatives and a coalition of pro‑life and pro‑family organizations. This full‑time position coordinates advocacy strategy, grassroots campaigns, and coalition communications from the Columbus office.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the central point of contact for all coalition partners, fostering collaborative relationships.
• Schedule, organize, and document coalition‑wide meetings, tracking agendas and action items.
• Project‑manage grassroots advocacy initiatives, including mail‑outs, digital activism, and phone‑banking.
• Draft formal correspondence, oversee bulk communications through the CRM, and ensure consistent messaging.
• Assist the Senior Fellow in strategic planning, opportunity identification, and risk assessment.
• Maintain meticulous internal records such as coalition rosters, campaign metrics, and contact lists.

Required profile

• 3–5 years of experience in project management, non‑profit management, or grassroots advocacy.
• Deep commitment to the pro‑life and pro‑family movement and alignment with CCV’s Statement of Faith.
• Mature Christian actively attending a local church.
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.

Required skills

• Proficiency with the Voter Voice system.
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel.
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Word.
