Senior Manager – Capital Markets Accounting Advisory Services

About the role

PwC is seeking a Senior Manager for its Deals practice to lead Capital Markets Accounting Advisory Services. You will provide strategic guidance on technical accounting, financial reporting, and transaction structures for complex deals that affect client value.

Key responsibilities

• Provide strategic guidance on technical accounting and financial reporting issues related to complex transactions.
• Advise clients on capital markets topics, including mergers, acquisitions, and restructurings.
• Lead teams in the preparation and review of financial statements and transaction structures.
• Utilize accounting modeling and financial structuring to maximize client value.
• Coordinate project management efforts to streamline processes and enhance efficiency.
• Apply systems thinking to identify underlying problems and opportunities.
• Validate outcomes with clients and incorporate feedback.
• Develop and sustain diverse, inclusive teams while delivering high‑quality results.

Required profile

• At least a Bachelor’s degree.
• Minimum 6 years of relevant experience.
• Active CPA license (or equivalent qualification).
• Preference for coursework or concentration in valuation methods or related fields.
