About the role

As a Strategy& Private Equity Value Creation Director focusing on healthcare, you will lead complex deal initiatives, advising clients on mergers, acquisitions, divestitures and restructuring to maximise value.

Key responsibilities

  • Lead strategic initiatives across M&A, divestitures and restructuring for healthcare clients.
  • Analyse market trends and business opportunities to develop decision‑making frameworks.
  • Identify risks and opportunities in transactions and devise optimisation strategies.
  • Oversee multiple projects, making strategic choices to drive change.
  • Maintain executive‑level client relationships and drive business development.
  • Mentor and inspire emerging leaders within the firm.
  • Promote technology integration and identify market gaps for firm growth.

Required profile

  • Bachelor’s degree (any discipline).
  • Minimum 8 years of relevant experience in private equity, deal strategy or related fields.
  • Preferred MBA or advanced degree in Accounting, Analytics/Data Science, Business Administration, or Computer Science/Information Systems.
