About the role

As a Strategy& Deals Private Equity Value Creation Associate, you will support clients through mergers, acquisitions, divestitures and restructuring projects. You will analyze market trends, assess business opportunities and build strategic frameworks that help clients make informed deal decisions.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze market trends and assess business opportunities to support strategic decision‑making.
• Develop strategic frameworks for mergers, acquisitions and restructuring processes.
• Conduct financial modeling and financial statement analysis to evaluate deal structures and outcomes.
• Identify risks and opportunities in complex transactions and advise clients accordingly.
• Assist in formulating and executing strategies that maximize value creation.
• Gather and synthesize information from multiple sources to inform recommendations.
• Support post‑merger integration to achieve seamless transitions and synergies.
• Perform scenario analysis to anticipate market shifts and adjust strategies.
• Utilize tools such as Capital IQ for market research and industry trend analysis.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree (minimum).
• At least 1 year of relevant experience.
• Preference for a Master’s or MBA in Accounting, Analytics/Data Science, Business Administration, Computer Science, Economics, Engineering, Finance, Quantitative Finance, Law or related fields.
