Senior Manager – Audit and Tax

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Manager to lead audit and tax engagements for a portfolio of clients. The role involves managing multiple projects, guiding junior staff, and delivering high‑quality service while building strong client relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Lead audit engagement teams through planning, risk assessment, fieldwork, and final reporting.
• Review and oversee mid‑ to high‑level business and individual tax returns.
• Provide tax advice, manage complex research projects, and coordinate tax accounting deliverables.
• Mentor and train Senior Associates and Associates, reviewing their work and ensuring quality.
• Maintain client relationships, act as primary point of contact, and identify cross‑selling opportunities.
• Participate in business development and leverage cloud‑based audit software to improve efficiency.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Business (Accounting preferred).
• 5+ years of public accounting experience with staff management.
• CPA or CMA license preferred.
• Strong understanding of GAAP and GAAS.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership abilities.
