About the role

BAYADA’s Senior Living Solutions provides a full continuum of care to senior living communities in Montgomery County, MD. The Senior Living Program Manager drives solutions for residents and communities, acting as a trusted advisor and senior living expert.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement customized programs and services for senior living communities.
• Analyze outcome‑driven data to create tailored offerings and improve patient care.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure best practices and high‑quality service delivery.
• Lead business development initiatives and build relationships with community management.

Required profile

• Current MD licensure as RN, LPN, PT, PTA, OT, COTA, or SLP.
• Demonstrated business development or leadership experience.
• Strong communication skills across multiple levels and platforms.
• Experience in senior living settings; home health or outpatient experience is a plus.

• Weekly pay with an annual salary of $86,000‑$89,000 plus quarterly incentives after 90 days.
