Weekend Start of Care Registered Nurse

About the role

BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse for a per‑diem, weekend Start of Care home health position in Montgomery County, MD. The RN will provide skilled nursing and rehabilitative care to clients in their homes, enabling them to remain safely at home.

Key responsibilities

• Perform home visits in designated geographic territories and follow each client’s care plan.
• Administer medications, provide wound care, treatments, and procedures as ordered.
• Monitor client conditions, report changes to Clinical or Client Services Manager, and document all observations using a tablet.
• Execute and document physicians’ orders, conduct client assessments, and coordinate case management.

Required profile

• Current Maryland RN license with at least one year of recent clinical (medical/surgical) experience.
• Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and travel to assigned cases.
• Strong interpersonal and computer skills; prior home care experience preferred.
