Senior Key Accounts Manager

About the role

Murata is seeking a Senior Key Accounts Manager to drive market share and sales growth across its Americas portfolio. The role focuses on strategic account development, product promotion, and building strong relationships with key decision‑makers.

Key responsibilities

• Visit and engage customers to identify strategic directions, improvement areas, and growth opportunities.
• Align Murata’s local strategy with product division priorities to meet customer objectives.
• Develop and execute detailed account business plans.
• Negotiate pricing contracts and ensure effective implementation of agreements.
• Lead Early Sales Involvement (ESI) projects and coordinate special sales promotions.
• Serve as the primary contact for customer inquiries, resolving concerns promptly.
• Participate in customer meetings, document minutes, and drive action‑item closure.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
• 5+ years of sales or marketing experience in an electronic or technical industry.
• Proven success managing product promotions and negotiating contracts.
• Experience working in a culturally diverse, global organization.
• Strong ability to communicate with cross‑functional teams locally and globally.
