About the role
Join Walgreens as a Customer Service Associate on a temporary basis, delivering a distinctive and delightful experience to shoppers. You will operate a cash register, assist customers, and support store operations.
Key responsibilities
- Provide courteous, friendly, and fast checkout service, handling cash, voids, returns, refunds, and exchanges.
- Maintain clean, well‑merchandised counters and shelves, perform inventory checks and stock rotation using FIFO.
- Assist customers in the photo area, process web pick‑up orders, and promote promotional displays.
- Implement asset‑protection procedures and ensure compliance with state regulations for alcohol and tobacco sales.
Required profile
- Fluent in reading, writing and speaking English.
- Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.
- Preferred: at least six months of retail experience, ideally with Walgreens.
