Smart Home Sales Technician – Las Vegas

About the role

Join Vivint Smart Home, an NRG‑owned leader in home automation, to help customers create smarter, safer, and more sustainable homes. As a Smart Home Sales Technician you will combine consultative sales with hands‑on technical expertise to deliver complete smart‑home solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Meet customers in homes, retail locations and events, recommending personalized smart‑home, security and automation solutions.
• Generate leads, follow up with prospects, close sales, and install, service, and troubleshoot Vivint smart‑home equipment.
• Educate customers on system usage and represent Vivint professionally in the field and community.

Required profile

• Strong communication and customer service skills with a sales mindset.
• Valid driver’s license, good driving record, and ability to pass background and licensing requirements.
• Physical ability to lift up to 45 lb, climb ladders up to 14 ft, and work in confined spaces such as attics.

Required skills

• Hands‑on experience with smart‑home technology installation.
• Ability to troubleshoot Vivint smart‑home equipment.
