Retail Coordinator – Remote

About the role

Reef Capital is seeking a Retail Coordinator to support the VP of Retail/Brand Partnerships. Working remotely, you will keep day‑to‑day retail operations across Reef’s property portfolio running smoothly by managing purchase orders, vendor communications, and reporting.

Key responsibilities

• Enter and track purchase orders across vendors and properties, ensuring accuracy and timely shipment.
• Field vendor requests, coordinate order confirmations, shipping details, art approvals, and invoice questions.
• Support eCommerce platform maintenance, manage out‑of‑stock items and keep product pages organized.
• Assist with retail events, brand activations, and corporate programming logistics.
• Prepare end‑of‑month vendor and performance reports, analyze sales data and maintain inventory visibility.
• Provide administrative support to the VP, triage retail‑related emails, and follow up on open items.

Required profile

• 1‑3 years of experience in retail operations, purchasing, or executive/administrative support.
• Strong organizational abilities and comfort managing multiple vendors simultaneously.
• Professional written communication skills for vendor and internal interactions.
• Discretion with confidential business information.
