Senior Integration Developer

About the role

Fathom Management is seeking a Senior Integration Developer to design, develop, and support scalable enterprise integrations across applications, APIs, data platforms, and cloud environments for government and enterprise clients.

Key responsibilities

• Design and develop end‑to‑end integration solutions spanning backend services, APIs, integration layers, and cloud infrastructure.
• Translate business and technical requirements into secure, maintainable integration architectures.
• Implement integration patterns such as event‑driven, pub/sub, ESB, and iPaaS.
• Develop data mapping, transformation, and orchestration across heterogeneous systems.
• Support CI/CD pipelines, automated deployments, and production monitoring.

Required profile

• 5+ years of hands‑on software development using Java, Python, JavaScript or TypeScript.
• Strong understanding of enterprise integration patterns and API security (OAuth2, JWT, SAML).
• Experience with at least one major cloud platform (Azure, AWS, or GCP) and cloud‑native deployment practices.
• Proven ability to create architecture diagrams, technical specifications, and configuration documentation.
• Excellent communication and collaborative skills with cross‑functional teams.
