Microsoft Power Platform Developer

About the role

Ethic Tech, LLC is looking for a Microsoft Power Platform Developer to modernize and automate business processes for a major Government organization. The role is primarily remote, with occasional on‑site support at military installations and travel up to 25%.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, deploy and maintain Power Apps (Canvas and Model‑Driven) and Power Automate workflows.
• Create and maintain Power BI reports, dashboards, data models, Power Query transformations and DAX calculations.
• Configure SharePoint Online sites, lists, libraries, metadata, content types and permissions.
• Design and manage Dataverse tables, relationships, business rules, security roles, forms and views.
• Integrate Power Platform solutions with SharePoint, Teams, Excel, SQL, Dataverse and approved third‑party systems.
• Analyze manual processes and legacy applications, recommending Power Platform solutions.
• Provide user training, technical assistance and documentation for applications and reporting.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Analytics or related field.
• 4+ years of experience with Power BI, Power Apps and Power Automate.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving and communication skills.
• U.S. citizenship; current NACI or Secret clearance is a plus.
