Senior Information Analyst

About the role

As a Senior Information Analyst at 3M, you will join a global community of curious and creative professionals. The role focuses on improving and maintaining critical systems that support regulatory compliance across EHS, product stewardship, and R&D.

Key responsibilities

• Drive system improvement initiatives, including upgrades, configuration changes, and process optimization.
• Evaluate technical solutions and lead projects to enhance compliance‑related systems.
• Collaborate with compliance experts, business stakeholders, IT teams, and vendors to design and implement system enhancements.
• Translate business and regulatory requirements into functional specifications and implementation plans.
• Mentor internal resources, manage stakeholder communications, and ensure user readiness for system changes.
• Gather, prioritize, and manage user requests for system enhancements and functionality improvements.
• Analyze system issues, identify root causes, and coordinate corrective actions.
• Partner with IT to support integrations, data flows, testing, releases, and long‑term solution planning.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or higher from an accredited institution.
• At least three years of cloud administration and development experience.
• Minimum five years of full‑stack development experience.
• Proven ability to lead projects and mentor team members.
