Senior Healthcare Engagement & Delivery Leader

About the role

We are looking for a senior leader to drive large‑scale transformation programs for payer and provider organizations across the United States. The role combines strategic growth, client partnership, and end‑to‑end delivery of digital and outsourcing solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Lead business growth, account expansion and digital transformation initiatives for healthcare clients.
• Own and manage P&L for multimillion‑dollar engagements ($50M–$80M+).
• Build and maintain C‑level relationships with Fortune 100 healthcare customers.
• Design, price and negotiate outsourcing and BPaaS solutions, overseeing contract closures.
• Direct global delivery teams of 800+ resources across multiple geographies.
• Ensure compliance with CMS, Medicaid and Medicare regulations while meeting SLA and KPI targets.
• Develop Centers of Excellence and drive automation, process optimization and innovation.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Healthcare, Business, Technology or a related field.
• 20+ years of experience in the healthcare payer/provider domain.
• Proven track record managing large P&L portfolios ($50M+).
• Extensive experience with Medicaid, Medicare Advantage and commercial payer operations.
• Demonstrated success leading global delivery and multi‑geography operations.
