Senior Healthcare Engagement & Delivery Leader

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Healthcare Engagement & Delivery Leader to drive large‑scale transformation programs for payer and provider organizations. This remote, full‑time position oversees multimillion‑dollar engagements, manages global delivery teams, and owns P&L responsibility for complex healthcare initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Lead business growth, account expansion, and digital transformation initiatives within healthcare payer and provider ecosystems.
• Own and manage P&L for engagements ranging from $50M to $80M+, ensuring revenue growth and profitability.
• Develop go‑to‑market strategies, transformation roadmaps, and oversee end‑to‑end solution lifecycles including pricing, value proposition, and contract negotiations.
• Build and maintain C‑level stakeholder relationships across Fortune 100 healthcare clients, acting as a trusted advisor.
• Oversee global delivery teams (800+ resources) across multiple geographies, ensuring SLA compliance, regulatory adherence (CMS, Medicaid, Medicare), and operational KPIs.
• Drive automation, process optimization, and digital innovation to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
• Establish and grow Centers of Excellence for healthcare offerings and ensure compliance with evolving federal and state regulations.

Required profile

• 20+ years of experience in the healthcare payer/provider domain.
• Proven track record in BPaaS delivery, outsourcing strategy, and large‑scale digital transformation.
• Demonstrated success managing multimillion‑dollar P&L portfolios and global delivery teams.
• Strong experience with Medicaid, Medicare Advantage, and commercial payer operations.
• Ability to engage and influence C‑level executives and drive long‑term client partnerships.
