Senior GTM Strategy & Analytics Manager

About the role

Bevi is looking for a Senior GTM Strategy & Analytics Manager to serve as the operational backbone for its go‑to‑market (GTM) leadership. You will own the business rhythm, turn data into decisions, and ensure GTM strategy is executed with measurable results.

Key responsibilities

• Drive the weekly cadence of business reviews, lead revenue and pipeline meetings, and coordinate cross‑functional updates across Sales, Marketing, and Finance.
• Own quarterly business review processes end‑to‑end, including template design, data preparation, facilitation and follow‑up on action items.
• Build and maintain the executive revenue dashboard, providing board‑level visibility into sales motion, marketing performance and overall GTM health.
• Analyze GTM effectiveness, identify efficiency opportunities, model scenarios and quantify trade‑offs to prioritize growth initiatives.
• Partner with Marketing Ops, Revenue Ops, Data and GTM Engineering to ensure clean data and reliable reporting infrastructure.

Required profile

• 8+ years in Sales/Business Operations, GTM Strategy or Business Planning, preferably in a high‑growth scale‑up.
• Strong analytical background with a proven track record of extracting insights from large data sets.
• Expert fluency in Salesforce and advanced proficiency with analytical tools.
• Excellent communication and project‑management skills, able to present to senior executives.
• Self‑directed, highly organized and comfortable thriving in a fast‑changing environment.
