Sales Operations Manager

About the role

Bevi is looking for a Sales Operations Manager to join its Revenue Operations team in Boston. You will own Salesforce data quality, commission and territory processes, and help build a scalable deal desk while partnering closely with Marketing Ops and GTM Strategy.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain Salesforce health by managing data completeness, duplicate control, routing hygiene and building automations and validation rules.
• Create and maintain reports, dashboards and ad‑hoc data pulls for pipeline reviews, rep attainment and deal velocity.
• Execute monthly commission calculations, reconcile data, and improve auditability of the process.
• Partner on territory design, quota tracking and build scalable models for account assignments.
• Help stand up and run the deal desk, documenting processes, templates and approval workflows.
• Manage RevOps intake requests, track volume and resolution times, and develop self‑serve solutions.

Required profile

• 5+ years in revenue or sales operations, preferably in a B2B environment.
• Strong communicator who can work across Sales, Finance, Marketing and Engineering.
• System‑thinking mindset: continuously improve manual processes.

Required skills

• Salesforce fluency – data model management, automations, validation rules, hygiene at scale (certification preferred).
