GTM Engineer

About the role

Bevi is looking for a GTM Engineer to join its Revenue Operations team. This hands‑on builder will design, build, and scale the technical infrastructure that powers the company’s go‑to‑market motion, turning manual processes into automated, AI‑driven workflows.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with Sales and Marketing leaders to translate business problems into technical specifications and delivery plans.
• Scope, prototype, ship, measure, and scale GTM systems using product discipline.
• Develop LLM‑powered workflows for outbound personalization, account research, and prompt libraries.
• Design enrichment, routing, segmentation, and scoring workflows that streamline the GTM lifecycle.
• Automate CRM data capture with smart logging, field updates, and in‑workflow tools.
• Connect and integrate the GTM stack (Salesforce, HubSpot, intent tools, internal systems) using lightweight AI‑driven integrations.

Required profile

• 5+ years in Revenue Operations, GTM Systems, Marketing Ops, or GTM Engineering in a B2B environment.
• Proven experience shipping AI‑powered workflows in production.
• Deep fluency with Salesforce data model, automation, and hygiene practices.
• Strong commercial bias and systems‑thinking mindset.
• Excellent project management and stakeholder alignment skills.

Required skills

• LLM APIs (Claude, OpenAI) and prompt engineering.
• Salesforce configuration, automation, and data quality management.
• SQL querying.
• API, webhook, and data integration development.
• Workflow orchestration tools (e.g., Clay, Apollo, n8n, Zapier).
