Senior Grants & Compliance Manager – Child SAFE

About the role

Catholic Relief Services is looking for a senior professional to lead grants and compliance across its global Child SAFE portfolio. The role oversees sub‑award management under FAA agreements, ensuring policies, procedures and systems are applied consistently across multiple countries.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement CRS Child SAFE FAA sub‑award policies, procedures and compliance frameworks.
• Provide oversight of the full grant lifecycle, including agreement development, capacity assessments and reporting.
• Design and manage reporting systems to track grant performance, milestones and payments.
• Lead risk identification and mitigation, audit readiness and compliance monitoring across participating countries.
• Strengthen grants and compliance capacity of CRS staff and partners through tools, guidance and training.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field and at least 5 years of progressive grants management or compliance experience.
• Experience supporting global or multi‑country humanitarian programs, especially in complex emergency contexts.
• Preferred: Master’s degree, supervisory experience and background in humanitarian programming.
