Senior Consultant – Pricing & Contracts

About the role

Deloitte is seeking a Senior Consultant to join its Regulatory, Risk & Forensic team, focusing on U.S. government pricing and contracting. The role involves applying advanced data, AI, and industry insights to help clients navigate complex pricing regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Support client teams in improving end‑to‑end U.S. government pricing capabilities, including calculation support and reporting controls.
• Analyze federal and state regulatory requirements and voluntary pricing programs to recommend operational changes.
• Assess pricing and contracting data, methodologies, processes, documentation, controls and systems to improve accuracy, compliance and audit readiness.
• Assist with government contract compliance activities such as pricing, discounts, rebates, chargebacks, state price‑transparency reporting and contracting processes.
• Prepare client‑ready analyses, presentations, status updates and recommendations, and contribute to quality reviews.
• Support proposal development, reusable delivery assets and thought leadership related to government pricing and market‑access programs.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree (or equivalent experience) with 5+ years in pricing and/or contracting within life sciences, consulting, payer, provider, pharmaceutical, biotechnology or healthcare.
• 2+ years coordinating project activities, reviewing work products or coaching junior practitioners in a client‑facing environment.
• Ability to work independently, collaborate in teams, manage multiple tasks in a fast‑paced environment and meet deadlines.
• Legal authorization to work in the United States without employer sponsorship.

Required skills

• Experience with U.S. government pricing calculations and reporting (AMP, BP, ASP, NFAMP, 340B, URA).
• Familiarity with revenue‑management software such as Model N.
• Knowledge of value‑based contracting operations and pricing process improvement.
