Senior Forklift Technician & Field Service Mechanic

About the role

WMH Solutions is seeking experienced senior technicians to diagnose, repair, and maintain a wide range of material handling equipment across a designated territory. You will work directly with customers, ensuring safe and efficient operation of their warehouse and industrial machinery.

Key responsibilities

• Perform advanced diagnostics and troubleshooting on electric, LP‑gas, and diesel forklifts, reach trucks, order pickers, pallet jacks, and related equipment.
• Repair hydraulic, electrical, mechanical, and power‑train systems and conduct preventative maintenance inspections.
• Complete safety inspections, document service activities, and provide repair recommendations to customers.
• Manage service calls efficiently within the assigned territory and mentor junior technicians as needed.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience as a forklift, field service, diesel, heavy‑equipment, or industrial maintenance technician.
• Strong troubleshooting, diagnostic, and schematic‑reading abilities.
• Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record and ability to lift 50+ lb.
• Excellent communication and customer‑service skills.
