Senior Forklift Technician – Field Service

About the role

WMH Solutions is seeking an experienced Senior Forklift Technician to provide field service across its Southeast territory. You will diagnose, repair, and maintain a wide range of material handling equipment while delivering exceptional customer service.

Key responsibilities

• Perform advanced diagnostics and troubleshooting on electric, LP‑gas, diesel forklifts, reach trucks, order pickers, pallet jacks and related industrial equipment.
• Repair hydraulic, electrical, mechanical and power‑train systems; conduct preventative maintenance and safety inspections.
• Document service activities, provide repair recommendations and communicate equipment status directly to customers.
• Manage service calls efficiently within the assigned territory and mentor junior technicians as needed.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience as a Forklift Technician, Field Service Technician, Diesel Mechanic, Heavy Equipment Technician or similar role.
• Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic abilities with hydraulic, electrical, mechanical and engine systems.
• Ability to read schematics and technical documentation; valid driver’s license with a clean record.
• Physical ability to lift 50+ lb and work in industrial environments.
