Senior Finance Analyst

About the role

Join the Product Finance team at BILL as a Senior Finance Analyst, partnering with product leaders to drive data‑driven investment decisions and keep execution on track.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as a proactive financial partner to product managers, translating data into actionable insights.
• Build, maintain, and improve reporting on key product KPIs such as adoption, retention, monetization and unit economics.
• Develop and maintain financial models for new product launches, feature investments and pricing initiatives.
• Support annual planning, budget tracking, variance analysis and headcount planning for the product organization.
• Identify and implement process improvements to automate recurring reporting and analysis.

Required profile

• 3‑5 years of progressive experience in FP&A, strategic finance, corporate finance, investment banking or equity research.
• Strong quantitative and problem‑solving skills with the ability to structure ambiguous problems.
• Collaborative, detail‑oriented and proactive mindset with a track record of building trust across teams.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Mathematics or a related quantitative field.

Required skills

• Advanced financial modeling using Excel or Google Sheets.
• Experience building and maintaining moderately complex financial models.
