Senior Family Law Associate Attorney

About the role

Beal Law Firm is seeking a Senior Family Law Associate Attorney to join its Texas practice. The attorney will handle high‑stakes divorce, custody and other family law matters for clients across the DFW Metroplex and the state.

Key responsibilities

• Manage complex family law cases from intake through resolution, including litigation and settlement negotiations.
• Provide strategic counsel to clients facing divorce, child custody, support and related matters.
• Draft pleadings, motions, agreements and other legal documents with precision.
• Maintain accurate case files, track billable time and ensure timely billing and collection.
• Collaborate with firm staff and leverage provided technology to deliver high‑quality service.

Required profile

• Demonstrated ownership of cases and proactive client service.
• Strong judgment, professionalism and integrity in handling emotionally charged matters.
• Track record of reliability, sound decision‑making and excellent client communication.
• Commitment to the three core rules: avoid malpractice, care for clients, and bill all billable work.
