Senior ERP Financial Business Analyst – PeopleSoft/Workday Financials

About the role

We are seeking a Senior ERP Financial Business Analyst with deep expertise in PeopleSoft and Workday Financials to lead financial system initiatives. The role involves guiding full‑lifecycle ERP implementations for public‑sector clients, ensuring accurate financial processes and data integrity.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze and document business requirements for finance modules, including General Ledger, Procure‑to‑Pay, Accounts Payable/Receivable, budgeting and asset management.
• Perform gap analysis, design functional specifications, and support data conversion, mapping and reconciliation activities.
• Lead system integration testing (SIT) and user acceptance testing (UAT), coordinating functional testing efforts.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to configure ChartFields, Worktags, and chart of accounts.
• Provide expertise on public‑sector ERP best practices and ensure compliance with financial regulations.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience in ERP financial analysis, preferably in PeopleSoft or Workday environments.
• Proven track record delivering full‑cycle ERP implementations in finance.
• Strong analytical skills with ability to conduct requirements gathering and gap analysis.
• Experience working with public‑sector finance processes.
