Senior Employee Engagement Specialist

About the role

Join the Human Capital team in New York as a Senior Employee Engagement Specialist, leading event programming and community‑building initiatives across the firm.

Key responsibilities

• Own, lead, and execute a portfolio of cross‑group social and networking events, both in‑person and virtual.
• Manage global events, including run‑of‑shows, visual elements, technical checks, and coordination with internal and external stakeholders.
• Develop and refine event management processes to improve efficiency.
• Collaborate with the Events, Travel, and Community team, business partners, and vendors.

Required profile

• 10+ years of professional event planning experience with a record of achievement.
• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Proven ability to manage budgets, deliver seamless attendee experiences, and work under pressure.
• Strong negotiation, written and verbal communication, and relationship‑building skills.

Required skills

• Microsoft Office suite
• Event management tools: Cvent, Social Tables, Allseated, Slido
• Video conferencing platforms: WebEx, Zoom
• Design software: Adobe Creative Suite (plus AutoCAD as a plus)
