Recruiter – High‑Volume U.S. Staffing (Remote)

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Recruiter to support high‑volume staffing operations for the U.S. market across multiple industries, including Healthcare, IT, Engineering, and Professional Services. The role is fully remote but requires alignment with U.S. Eastern Time working hours.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute sourcing strategies using job boards, professional networks, Boolean search, and direct outreach.
• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from candidate engagement and screening to interview coordination, offer support, and pre‑start follow‑up.
• Conduct structured screenings to assess experience, technical or clinical qualifications, communication skills, compensation expectations, and availability.
• Maintain accurate candidate records in ATS, VMS, and other recruitment platforms and prepare detailed candidate summaries for internal review.
• Collaborate with internal recruitment and operations teams to resolve challenges, clarify requirements, and ensure efficient delivery.

Required profile

• At least 3 years of agency staffing experience recruiting for the U.S. market.
• Recruitment experience in at least two of the following: Healthcare, IT, Engineering, Professional Services.
• Proven ability to support high‑volume recruitment programs, preferably within MSP/VMS environments.
• Excellent professional English communication skills and availability to work U.S. Eastern Time.

Required skills

• Strong Boolean search and database mining capabilities.
• Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and Vendor Management Systems (VMS).
• Proficiency in using job boards and professional networking platforms for sourcing.
