Senior Director, R&D, Regulatory & Quality – Consumer Health Care

About the role

As Senior Director of R&D, Regulatory and Quality for the Consumer Health Care business, you will lead global teams that drive product innovation, ensure regulatory compliance, and uphold the highest quality standards across the portfolio.

Key responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership for global R&D, Quality and Medical Device Regulatory organizations, aligning them with business strategy and growth roadmaps.
• Manage global lab, quality, and regulatory functions to achieve product launch targets and market authorizations.
• Drive innovation initiatives, oversee budgeting, and implement resource‑prioritization tools.
• Develop and execute an intellectual property strategy and promote continuous improvement through best‑practice sharing.
• Build and mentor technical leaders, fostering a culture of rigor, accountability and operational excellence.

Required profile

• Extensive experience leading global R&D, regulatory and quality functions in consumer health or medical device sectors.
• Proven ability to translate strategy into execution while balancing risk and long‑term priorities.
• Strong track record of delivering new product launches and securing global market authorizations.
• Excellent communication skills to influence cross‑functional stakeholders worldwide.
