Remote Therapist – Older Adults (Part‑Time, Telehealth)

About the role

Sailor Health is seeking licensed therapists to provide virtual, evidence‑based psychotherapy to older adults across the United States. The position is fully remote, allowing you to set your own schedule while the company fills your caseload and handles administrative tasks.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver high‑quality psychotherapy to older adult patients via telehealth platforms.
• Design personalized treatment plans and document care using the company’s EMR and AI documentation tools.
• Participate in paid case consultations and collaborate with a dedicated clinical lead and support team.

Required profile

• Active, independent clinical license in Minnesota (LCSW, LMHC, LMFT, LPC, or equivalent).
• Master’s or doctoral degree in social work, counseling, psychology, or marriage and family therapy.
• Experience or strong interest in working with geriatric populations.

Required skills

• Proficiency with telehealth platforms.
• Comfort using electronic health records (EMR) and AI documentation assistance.
• Basic knowledge of Medicare billing (preferred).
