Senior Direct Response Copywriter

About the role

We are seeking a senior direct response copywriter to lead messaging strategy for our info/coaching clients. You will work within a cross‑functional pod, collaborating with a strategist, media buyer, and project manager to craft high‑impact ad scripts, funnel copy, emails, webinars and sales pages for clients spending $100k‑$1M+ on ads each month.

Key responsibilities

• Own the creative strategy process: analyze performance data, generate hypotheses and propose test concepts.
• Write and refine copy across multiple formats, ensuring drafts are near‑final and aligned with strategic goals.
• Maintain and update creative trackers, briefs and documentation to keep the team informed of winners, losers and next steps.
• Collaborate with strategists on messaging foundations, avatar psychology and offer positioning.

Required profile

• 3+ years of direct response copywriting experience, preferably in the information/coaching space.
• Deep understanding of awareness levels, belief shifts and long‑form persuasion structures.
• Ability to work autonomously, turn loose direction into reasoned concepts and push back on unclear briefs.
