Senior Customer Success Manager – Data, Storage & Cloud

About the role

Qumulo is seeking a senior‑level Customer Success Manager to own the full lifecycle of enterprise and strategic customers, as well as OEM/Channel partners, across the US Central or Eastern time zones. You will drive onboarding, adoption, retention and expansion while ensuring measurable outcomes and long‑term trusted relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of up to 50 enterprise accounts and partners, overseeing onboarding, deployments, renewals and growth initiatives.
• Conduct quarterly business reviews, develop success plans, and create health‑improvement strategies to prevent churn.
• Serve as the primary technical liaison, translating complex data, storage and multi‑cloud architecture into business value for C‑level stakeholders.
• Collaborate with Sales, Product, Operations and Engineering to resolve escalations, influence roadmap and enhance the customer experience.
• Enable OEM and Channel partners, driving joint success initiatives and partner‑led growth.

Required profile

• 5+ years in Customer Success, Account Management or Partner Success within a B2B SaaS or cloud infrastructure environment.
• Strong technical aptitude in data, storage and cloud technologies (AWS, Azure, GCP) and ability to discuss enterprise storage architectures.
• Proven track record managing enterprise accounts, understanding SaaS metrics (NRR, churn, adoption, GRR) and leveraging data for insights.
• Experience working with CS/CRM tools such as Planhat or Gainsight.
• Located in US Central or Eastern time zones and familiar with life sciences, healthcare, energy or financial services verticals.
