Senior Corporate Health Coordinator – Corporate Wellness

About the role

The Senior Corporate Health Coordinator will lead the design, development, and implementation of corporate wellness programs for Ochsner’s clients in the Baton Rouge region. This position provides guidance to corporate clients, coordinates program services, and ensures alignment with evolving workplace health needs.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement multi‑level corporate wellness programs, including biometric screenings, seminars, challenges, weight‑management, and health coaching.
• Provide ongoing support and guidance to corporate clients, conduct quarterly reviews, and adjust strategies to meet client expectations.
• Coordinate schedules for Executive Health and Corporate Wellness coverage, conduct monthly rounding meetings, and serve as a liaison with business partners.
• Maintain compliance with federal, state, and local regulations and Ochsner’s privacy and conduct standards.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Exercise Physiology, Exercise Science, Kinesiology, or a related health and wellness field (Master’s preferred).
• Minimum 2 years of experience in corporate wellness program development or healthcare services.
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present information professionally.
