Senior Consultant, Workforce Strategy & Talent Management (TS/SCI Poly)

About the role

Deloitte's Human Capital team helps organizations create value through people performance, advising clients on workforce access, development and motivation, AI strategy for HR, and the right organization and culture for performance. As a Senior Consultant on the Organization, Workforce & Change team, you will advise senior leaders and support HR operations. The role is open in Baltimore, Maryland and Washington, D.C., and is classified TS/SCI Poly.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct workforce analyses to identify needs, gaps and priorities for the client
• Advise senior leaders on talent management, workforce development and organizational planning
• Develop policy documents, program governance and guidance materials, executive briefings and workforce recommendations
• Document policies, procedures and standard operating procedures to support HR operations
• Ensure organizational actions align with implementation plans and develop change management and adoption materials

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree
• 4+ years of experience in workforce analysis, talent management, HR operations, organizational planning or change management
• Resides within commuting distance of the assigned office, able to co-locate on average 5 days a week
• Able to travel 20-25% on average
• Legally authorized to work in the United States without employer sponsorship
• Preferred: experience with workforce planning, talent management or organizational change for U.S. federal government organizations, and experience developing policy documents, executive briefings or SOPs

The stated wage range is $76,700 to $140,600, depending on skills, experience and other factors. Candidates may also be eligible for a discretionary annual incentive program.
