Senior Compensation Analyst

About the role

The Senior Compensation Analyst serves as the subject‑matter expert on employee salary actions, including merit pay, equity adjustments, promotions, and incentive awards. Working onsite, you will partner with HR business partners and management to ensure compensation decisions are data‑driven and aligned with market standards.

Key responsibilities

• Lead salary planning, equity, variable‑pay, and structure‑movement processes for both official and non‑official staff.
• Conduct job analyses to determine market value, salary ranges, FLSA classification, and workers‑compensation classification.
• Provide guidance on salary administration and compensation policies.
• Collaborate with the business‑intelligence team to compile, analyze, and present compensation data through reports and dashboards.
• Maintain market‑pricing tools, load salary survey data, and manage survey budgets and contracts.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 + years of experience performing compensation analysis and using advanced data‑analysis tools.
• Strong mathematical aptitude and excellent time‑management skills.
• Effective written and verbal communication with stakeholders at all levels.
