Senior Business Systems Analyst

About the role

Bevi is seeking a Senior Business Systems Analyst to join its Enterprise Applications team in Boston. The role partners with Logistics, Product, and other functions to implement new software and improve existing systems, driving efficiency and sustainability across the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Own relationships with cross‑functional partner departments and manage prioritization, requirements, and technology road‑maps.
• Guide system changes through the full software development life cycle, producing requirements documents, process diagrams, and technical designs.
• Design, write, and execute QA test cases, conduct UAT with stakeholders, and deliver system changes that improve efficiency and user experience.
• Perform system configuration, integration development, and incorporate AI tools to accelerate delivery.
• Collaborate with external partners, vendors, consulting firms, and 3PL warehouses.

Required profile

• 3‑5 years of progressive experience as a Business Analyst, Solutions Consultant, or similar technical/functional role.
• Strong process analysis, documentation, and organizational change management skills.
• Self‑motivated with the ability to break down complex problems into incremental deliverables.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, able to interact with business users and executive stakeholders.

Required skills

• Experience with Netsuite ERP (or comparable full‑featured ERP) and warehouse/inventory management modules.
• SQL programming and relational database concepts.
• Custom API integrations, EDI, data warehousing.
• Familiarity with B2B CRM data architecture, Salesforce CRM, Zendesk, Shopify B2B.
• Agile methodologies, sprint planning, backlog grooming, Jira or similar tools.
• AI tool usage (e.g., Claude Code) for ERP customizations.
