Senior Business Analyst – Market Rate Analysis (Remote)

About the role

The Senior Business Analyst will join the Market Rate Analysis team to design, maintain, and analyze job catalog and compensation data for clients across multiple geographies and industries. This remote position supports strategic pay decisions and workforce planning.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and manage comprehensive job catalogs, establishing naming conventions, family structures, and role‑level classifications.
• Execute annual market rate analysis cycles, conduct compensation benchmarking, and identify gaps, compression risks, and competitive trends.
• Design and administer supplier surveys, validate and integrate third‑party data, and maintain documentation.
• Provide analytical support for labor market intelligence, delivering insights on talent supply, hiring trends, wage inflation, and competitor strategies.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Finance, Marketing, or a related analytical field (or equivalent experience).
• 4–6 years of experience in compensation analysis, workforce analytics, or labor market research.
• Advanced analytical abilities with strong attention to detail and data integrity.
• Proven problem‑solving and decision‑making skills.
