Senior Brand Media Manager (Remote)

About the role

Rula is a remote‑first mental health company seeking a Senior Brand Media Manager to own the strategic roadmap for brand media allocation, audience targeting, and measurement. Reporting to the Director of Patient Marketing, you will bridge upper‑funnel brand building with lower‑funnel patient starts.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute the strategic brand media roadmap, ensuring alignment with awareness and patient‑start goals.
• Coordinate between external agency partners and internal Brand, Analytics, Performance Marketing, and Finance teams.
• Manage large‑scale media budgets, forecasting, pacing, and financial reporting in partnership with Finance.
• Present media performance and strategy to senior and C‑suite audiences, translating data into actionable recommendations.

Required profile

• 8+ years of experience in brand media planning and buying.
• Hands‑on experience planning and optimizing campaigns across premium streaming/Connected TV platforms and at least two major paid‑social platforms.
• Experience building or managing a brand measurement framework (media mix modeling or multi‑touch attribution).
• Proven track record managing multi‑million‑dollar media budgets.
• Experience presenting to senior executives and managing external media agencies.

Required skills

• Premium streaming/CTV platforms (e.g., Netflix, Hulu, Amazon).
• Paid social platforms (e.g., Meta, TikTok, Reddit).
• Out‑of‑home and online video channels (DOOH, OOH, OLV).
• Media mix modeling (MMM) and multi‑touch attribution.
