Senior Brand Marketing Specialist – New York City

About the role

Jordan Brand is seeking a senior brand marketing specialist to lead sport, streetwear, energy and seasonal initiatives across North America, with a primary focus on the New York City market. The role will drive brand strength, consumer demand and community connections for the Defier audience.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and execute integrated seasonal marketing campaigns across digital, event and retail channels.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional partners to align product sourcing, inventory, budgeting and activation timelines.
• Develop and synthesize consumer and market insights to inform strategy.
• Identify and nurture relationships with influencers, community groups and grassroots organizations.
• Manage external agencies and oversee end‑to‑end project delivery from insight to activation.
• Track expenses with finance and brand planning teams to ensure alignment with allocations.

Required profile

• Proven experience in brand marketing within the athletic, sport or streetwear sectors.
• Deep understanding of New York City cultural trends and consumer behavior.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with internal and external partners.
• Passion for sport, culture and the Jordan Brand ethos.
