Senior Account Executive, PR

About the role

Clarity is seeking a Senior Account Executive to lead integrated communications for fintech, healthtech, and enterprise tech clients in New York. You will own client projects end‑to‑end, identify news‑making moments, and secure top‑tier media coverage that drives business results.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute integrated communication and content strategies for key accounts.
• Identify timely media trends and align clients with news‑making opportunities.
• Leverage media relationships to secure top‑tier coverage across PR, content, social, and events.
• Produce client brand materials such as media pitches, press releases, and social content.
• Guide junior staff and contribute to an inclusive, collaborative environment.
• Support new business development through research, proposal preparation, and pitches.

Required profile

• Proven success in an in‑house communications team or tech communications agency.
• Self‑motivated with strong work ethic, accountability, and a focus on excellence.
• Desire to grow a media network in NYC and represent Clarity at media‑centric events.
• Understanding of multi‑channel content programs that build brand awareness.
• Strong organizational and time‑management skills to juggle multiple projects.
