Account Manager – PR

About the role

Clarity is seeking an Account Manager to join its New York office, supporting B2B technology clients across sectors such as fintech, cybersecurity, and healthtech. The role offers hands‑on experience, mentorship, and exposure to a variety of projects in a hybrid work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for client accounts, building strong relationships and understanding their communications needs.
• Develop and execute communications plans, overseeing strategic direction for key clients.
• Collaborate with senior team members to identify growth opportunities and support new service offerings.
• Assist in new‑business pitches, preparing briefs, proposals, and presentation decks.
• Manage onboarding and kickoff processes for new accounts and projects.
• Proactively resolve issues, acting as an escalation point for client concerns.

Required profile

• Minimum three years of experience working with B2B technology brands in an agency or in‑house setting.
• Passion for technology and ability to provide strategic counsel to clients.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent organisational and time‑management abilities.
• Team‑player mindset with a proactive approach to problem‑solving.
