- Generate substantiation data and wiring compliance documentation for STC and field‑approval processes, coordinating with DERs and ACOs.
- Evaluate installation configurations for FAR Part 23/25 and AC 43.13 compliance and advise on circuit protection and power quality.
- Participate in flight‑test activities to validate integrated system performance and document anomalies.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers and collaborate with hardware, firmware, and software teams.

- Ability to produce technical documentation that meets DER and ACO approval standards.

- Understanding of FAA certification processes (STC, TSO, FAR Part 23/25, AC 43.13).
- Experience with wiring diagrams, harness specifications, and power‑budget analysis.
What we offer
- Competitive compensation with customized base‑pay ranges.
- Comprehensive medical, dental, vision, disability, life insurance, and 401(k) matching (50% of first 6%).
