Coordinator II, Printing Services

About the role

The Coordinator II, Printing Services oversees daily operations of the Image Center, delivering high‑quality print production services that meet organizational and customer needs.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, schedule, and execute print production requests, ensuring timely completion and adherence to quality standards.
• Manage workflows from intake to final delivery, maintaining accurate project records and facilitating communication among customers, creative teams, vendors, and production staff.
• Maintain print equipment, perform routine maintenance, troubleshoot issues, and manage supplies to ensure uninterrupted operations.
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency, quality, and customer experience.

Required profile

• Associate degree or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 7 years of printing or related experience, including 5 years operating a 4‑color digital press.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to troubleshoot digital print and finishing equipment.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Adobe Creative Cloud, Acrobat Pro, and Fiery Command WorkStation.
• Experience with digital printing technologies, finishing methods, and quality assurance standards.
• Knowledge of Canon imagePRESS v1000, HP 68900 DesignJet Color Ink‑Jet Printer, or DUPLO cutter/folder (preferred).
