EVSE Reliability Technician

About the role

We are seeking a Certified EVSE Technician to join our local workforce in Baltimore, maintaining critical electric vehicle charging infrastructure. The role involves inspecting, troubleshooting, and repairing charging stations using both hardware tools and software diagnostics.

Key responsibilities

• Inspect, troubleshoot, and service electrical charging infrastructure using diagnostic tools and basic electrical equipment.
• Measure charging infrastructure performance and complete driver experience inspections via the CH! mobile app.
• Maintain detailed, real‑time documentation of repairs, software troubleshooting, and site status updates.
• Ensure services are delivered on time and within scope, escalating risks as needed.
• Represent ChargerHelp! at client locations with professional conduct and follow strict safety protocols.

Required profile

• Strong hands‑on experience in electrical, mechanical, or related field service, with electrical troubleshooting preferred.
• Ability to work independently in a fast‑paced startup environment and communicate effectively with clients and internal teams.
• Physical ability to lift, climb, work in extreme temperatures and confined spaces.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record and reliable transportation.
