Senior Associate, Strategic Finance

About the role

Ramp is building the smart infrastructure for finance teams and needs a Senior Associate on its Strategic Finance team. You will work at the intersection of product, go‑to‑market and overall business strategy, helping shape a fast‑growing pre‑IPO company.

Key responsibilities

• Build and own detailed financial and operational models with high accuracy.
• Use data to influence strategic decisions across product, GTM and leadership.
• Lead planning analyses, evaluate trade‑offs, and develop KPIs and dashboards.
• Partner with business leaders to translate strategy into execution and drive accountability.
• Help run bi‑annual budgeting and headcount planning cycles and monitor performance against targets.
• Build and maintain internal tools that reduce manual work and improve data accuracy.

Required profile

• 4+ years in investment banking, management consulting, VC/PE, or corporate finance at a top‑tier tech company.
• Excellent financial modeling, quantitative analysis, and attention to detail.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills and a “get things done” mentality.
• Comfort operating in ambiguity and adapting to evolving priorities.
