Senior Associate, Paid Media

About the role

Precision is seeking a Senior Associate to join its paid advertising team, crafting, executing, and measuring digital paid media strategies for a diverse client base that includes political campaigns, nonprofit advocacy groups, and corporate public affairs.

Key responsibilities

• Assist with client account administration, project tracking, and research to support strategic goals.
• Lead execution of multiple paid media campaigns across various platforms, manage vendor relationships, and monitor performance.
• Set up, traffic, and analyze paid media campaigns on social channels, producing high‑quality reports.
• Develop and articulate media plans for small‑ to mid‑size client campaigns.
• Collaborate across teams, deliver presentations, and support new team members.

Required profile

• 2+ years of professional experience in paid media strategy, planning, or execution (internship experience considered).
• Resourceful, positive attitude, strong problem‑solving mindset.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Detail‑oriented with strong organizational abilities.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Excel.
